Modern Farmhouse Remodel

With HGTV's most LOVED show, Fixer Upper, who wouldn't want to turn their home into the next Chip and Joanna Gaines fresh farmhouse project?? Over the last year, I have had the joy of working with a dear friend through the remodel of their 1990's 1.5 story home. This house came with lots of walls, oak trim, oak cabinets and very little open space for their growing family. As Brian Russell, of Russell Remodeling, worked with the homeowners to design this remodel and began redesigning everything from the ceilings to floors, their dreams of a modern farmhouse soon became a reality. Oh what fun we had choosing all those finishing details; from the big things like the wood floors, to the small details like the kitchen cabinet pulls!! I just have to say that Russell Remodeling did an amazing job designing this stunning kitchen. I think one of MY favorite parts was shopping day!! I got to spend two days shopping with this girl to accessorize her home in order to prep it for a photo shoot for Lincoln's Tour of Remodeled Homes. Loved seeing all the details of this house come together! Thank you for letting me be a part of your modern farmhouse remodel!
